Stock Controller

We are hiring a stock controller to work within our medical repair service at our Southend-based office. The role involves managing inbound/outbound stock orders and repair parts for our endoscope products.

Your responsibilities

• Implement and adhere to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as outlined in the KeyMed Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives.
• Implement and follow all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements as specified in the HSE Manual, Policies, and Objectives.
• Receive Inventory & None Inventory items into the system.
• Manage inbound & outbound stock, orders, and parts.
• Pick & issue parts for repair and customer orders.
• Conduct cycle counting.
• Handle parts return & risk loss.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Credit Control, Purchasing, Field Service, and Manufacturing.
• Address general inventory & stock queries.
• Pack and dispatch repairs and parts.
• Understand internal documentation and processes in line with standards.

Qualifications and experience:

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a service warehouse, customer service, or stock controlling is desirable but not essential.
• Good literacy, high attention to detail, and numeric accuracy.
• Proficient computer skills; SAP experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Ability to work in a physically active role, on your feet for extended periods.
• Patient-focused, with core values of integrity, innovation, impact, and empathy.
