Your Responsibilities
- Implement and adhere to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as stipulated within the KeyMed Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives.
- Implement and adhere to all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements as stipulated within the HSE Manual, HSE Policies, and HSE Objectives.
- Receive Inventory & Non-Inventory items in the system.
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Stock/Orders/Parts.
- Pick & Issue Parts for all Repair Orders & Customer Orders.
- Perform cycle counting.
- Handle Parts Return & Risk Loss.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Credit Control, Purchasing, Field Service & Manufacturing.
- Address general Inventory & Stock queries.
- Pack & Dispatch Repairs and Parts.
- Understand internal documentation and processes in line with appropriate standards.
Your Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Service Warehouse, Customer Service, or Stock Control is desirable but not essential.
- Good literacy skills, high attention to detail, and numeric accuracy.
- Proficient in computer use; SAP experience is highly beneficial but not essential.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a physically active role, standing for long periods.
