Job description

Your Responsibilities
  • Implement and adhere to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as stipulated within the KeyMed Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives.
  • Implement and adhere to all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements as stipulated within the HSE Manual, HSE Policies, and HSE Objectives.
  • Receive Inventory & Non-Inventory items in the system.
  • Manage Inbound & Outbound Stock/Orders/Parts.
  • Pick & Issue Parts for all Repair Orders & Customer Orders.
  • Perform cycle counting.
  • Handle Parts Return & Risk Loss.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Credit Control, Purchasing, Field Service & Manufacturing.
  • Address general Inventory & Stock queries.
  • Pack & Dispatch Repairs and Parts.
  • Understand internal documentation and processes in line with appropriate standards.
Your Qualifications
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Service Warehouse, Customer Service, or Stock Control is desirable but not essential.
  • Good literacy skills, high attention to detail, and numeric accuracy.
  • Proficient in computer use; SAP experience is highly beneficial but not essential.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a physically active role, standing for long periods.
