Job description

Stock Controller – Selfridges
Monday to Friday
£36,500 basic per annum

Our client is a high-end luxury brand renowned for its unique and handcrafted jewellery, ready-to-wear, and accessories.

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Stock Controller to join their Selfridges team. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their inventory and stockroom, contributing to the overall success of the concession.

The Role:

  • Shipping and receiving merchandise, including preparing all necessary paperwork for domestic and international transfers and client orders.
  • Maintaining a highly organized and tidy backroom to ensure operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
  • Accurately ticketing all merchandise in accordance with company policy.
  • Reporting and following up on all inventory discrepancies.
  • Preparing damaged goods for processing.
  • Following up on repairs for both store-owned goods and client items.
  • Assisting the Store Manager in preparing supply orders.
  • Contributing to accurate inventory management through inventory checks, cycle counts, and participation in annual/semi-annual physical inventories.
  • Acting as a positive brand ambassador at all times.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the Management Team, peers, and other Chrome Hearts Store Teams.
  • Adhering to all retail policies and procedures.
  • Following all health and safety guidelines.

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years of stock experience, with a preference for luxury retail – is preferred.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Driven and goal oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using a POS system, including inventory management functions.
  • Proficiency in using shipping software
  • Collaborative spirit.

The Package:

  • £36,500 per annum
