The Stock Controller Role
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, allergens and systems
  • Great understanding of ordering & wastage, rotation and stock management
  • Ability to provide regular checks, analysis and reports to our operations team
  • Implementation and maintenance of MarketMan stock control system
  • Effectively cost the recipes that are supplied by the kitchen
  • Drive cost control, optimising kitchen operations to exceed financial targets
  • Oversee food storage, inventory management, and procurement
  • Maintain optimal stock levels for Kitchen
  • Monitor inventory levels, deliveries, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste
  • Communicate positively and clearly with our managers to address any operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Love for the hospitality industry
  • Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
  • Good level of English language
  • A passion for your own development is a must
