Job Title: Stock Control Operative

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily warehouse cycle counts and reconciliations, liaising with management about discrepancies.
2. Perform weekly D2C cycle counts and reconciliations, reporting concerns to management.
3. Update inventory systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
4. Monitor warehouse consumables and report when stock reaches minimum thresholds.
5. Handle initial customer complaints related to stock discrepancies.
6. Oversee internal transfers, coordinating with relevant departments for timely processing.
7. Assist with order picking and packing during promotions.
8. Support special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar stock control role
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong PC literacy skills
• Organized and efficient planning skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
