Job summary

C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Team Leader in Northampton to manage stock-counter teams across various client sites. You will oversee end-to-end stock taking, ensure procedures are followed, and travel between sites as needed. The role includes evening/night shifts and a 5-in-7 pattern with a company car available.

Applicants should have a full driving license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure while coordinating team activities and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Requires full driving license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Basic IT skills.
• Able to stay focused under pressure.
• Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Note: prolonged standing and use of ladders/steps on some sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites.
• Stock Counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame.
• Team productivity is monitored and improved where possible.
• Travel to different client sites as required.
