Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Stock Control Supervisor to join the store management team. You will identify causes of stock loss and work with colleagues to implement measures that keep products available and accurately priced for customers.

You will also oversee promotions, ensure pricing accuracy for legal compliance, and lead a team to maintain stock availability and service levels across the store.

Qualifications

• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• Accurate and analytical, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Flexible, adaptable and enjoys working with, as well as managing a team.
• An excellent communicator and have some experience in supervising or managing a team.
• Practical experience in the retail trade.
• Experience of Sales Based Ordering would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify causes that affect shelf availability and implement measures to ensure products are available when customers need them.
• Maximise store profitability by understanding and acting on stock loss causes.
• Oversee product promotions and ensure pricing accuracy to support legal compliance.
• Ensure team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
