Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Replenishment Supervisor to lead the replenishment team and ensure products are available for customers in-store. You will drive stock availability, reduce shrinkage, and work with stock control and delivery teams to resolve issues.

Excellent communication and prior supervisory experience are essential, with experience in food retailing considered a plus. This is an in-store role within the Booker Group network across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales issues.
• Ensure the branch maintains product availability and high service levels.
