Job summary

Booker is seeking a Stock Control Supervisor in Nantgarw, Wales to help ensure product availability and accurate pricing across the store. You will lead a small team, analyse stock loss drivers, and implement measures to protect profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

Experience in retail and strong communication are essential. You will also manage promotions and pricing accuracy to support legal compliance, working closely with peers to optimise stock availability and shelf

We have an exciting opportunity tobe a part of the store management team. As a Stock ControlSupervisor you will identify causes that affect on shelf availability and by working with your peers put measures in place to ensure our valued customers can purchase the products that they need when they need them. You will also have a large role to play in maximising the profitability of the store by understanding and then taking action on issues that cause stock loss.

Managing the store's product promotions is another key part to the role and you will be responsible for pricing accuracy so having a structured way of working is key to helping the store achieve legal compliance.

You will be responsible for

Ensure that the team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all times.

You will be responsible for stocking the productrange that our customers require and make sure they are available on shelf with the correct prices. You will be the Champion of product availability.

Taking action on causes thatlead to stock loss and working with the store team come up with solutions that will improve profitability.

You will need

To be successful in this role your skills and experience will include:
