Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Control Administrator to join the team at our Washington site. This role is a permanent position working 4 days over a 7 day period.

The purpose of this role is to accurately input data and process paperwork as well as ordering stock through warehouse management systems, as well as adjusting or investigating stock issues.

As Stock Control Administrator, your responsibilities will be:


Data entry of accurately creating and confirmation of various stock movements within SAP in a timely manner.
To be aware on a daily basis the needs of production, Arena and Washington stores while ensuring accuracy of all issues and transfer data.
To aid in the control of perpetual inventory within the warehouse and production.
To ensure the accuracy of all the storage bin locations within SAP.
Aid in the Good Inwards procedure within SAP and highlighting any discrepancies.
Ensure Senior Stock Controller is kept apprised of all stock concerns.
Monitor stock to avoid out of stock situation.


The successful and ideal candidate will have:


Experience in a stock control/Administration role.
Experience and knowledge in MS Office.
Knowledge of SAP Warehouse management packages.
High level of attention to detail
