Job Description:

We are proud to be partnering with an action-oriented property consultancy with a national reach, who are looking to appoint a Stock Condition Surveyor & EPC Assessor on a 7-month contract.

This will be a full-time position based in London, with full site working and is paid per survey.

The rates are: £25 per stock condition survey, £29 per EPC or £55 per stock condition survey & EPC.

The ideal candidate must have experience conducting Stock Condition surveys in social housing properties and EPC accredited.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Conducting stock condition surveys and EPCs on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately
  • Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components & also energy characteristics and legislative compliance
  • Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
  • Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
  • Ensuring the required surveys per day based on relevant targets, circa 40 per week

Experience required:

  • Stock Condition Surveys
  • DEA accredited
  • Social housing environment experience

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Fire safety compliance
  • Up to date understanding of H&S legislation

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Flexible hours
  • Manage own diary
