Qualifications

ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for you to join an asset management consultancy.

Our client requires an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor or Domestic Energy Assessor to deliver Stock Condition and EPC surveys in Swindon.

Key Job Requirements:

• Undertaking a variety of Stock Condition and EPC surveys investigating building defects and producing life cycle costings
• Liaising with clients and producing a volume of quality survey reports
• Inputting data on site and at home

We are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor/Domestic Energy Assessor with excellent personal and communication skills.

You must be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor/Domestic Energy Assessor to be successful with your application.

£250 to £300 per day on a per survey rate basis and 12 month contract.
