About the Role

TSA Surveying Ltd is partnering with a prominent building consultancy to find a Stock Condition Surveyor for immediate start in Bristol. The role involves assessing social housing properties using a tablet to record conditions, focusing on elements like kitchens, bathrooms, and central heating.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify defects, wear and tear, and hazards.
  2. Assess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms.
  3. Conduct RDSAP assessments.
  4. Complete 8-10 surveys per day using provided software on tablets.
  5. Attend inductions and use software effectively.
  6. Book appointments and perform door knocking.
Details
  • Duration: Up to 6 months ongoing role.
  • Start: Immediate.
  • Work Days: 5 days/week (4 survey days, 1 office day).
  • Pay: Per survey (houses, flats, blocks).
  • Properties: Over 400 to survey.
  • Training: Full provided.
  • Outside IR35 role.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
  • Proficiency with tablets and technology.
  • Familiarity with HHSRS system.
