Are you passionate about improving homes and communities? We're on the lookout for a talented and driven Stock Condition Surveyor to join our Strategic Asset Management team on a fixed-term contract until August 2026.

This is an exciting time to join our team as we work to support our mission of investing in people and places to build a stronger, more sustainable future.

As a valued member of our collaborative team, you'll play a crucial role in gathering and verifying data concerning Platform assets through stock condition surveys. Your responsibilities will include conducting surveys of Platform properties across Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas.

Some of the things we are looking for:

  • Experience in undertaking stock condition, compliance and other construction related surveys
  • A good technical ability and be able to provide technical advice on a wide range of construction, maintenance, and repair issues
  • Have a sound understanding of construction to deliver a broad range of property related activities
  • Be committed to customer service in all activities, be passionate about the quality of service and ensure standards are met
  • Self-motivated, organised, able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • It would be desirable to have experience in construction and affordable housing and experience of undertaking HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) inspections/surveys

Although this role is home-based, a full driving license and the ability to travel to properties throughout Southeast Birmingham, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Banbury, Bicester, and the surrounding areas are essential.
