Stock Condition Surveyor

We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a permanent basis.

This role will undertake condition surveys on domestic properties to determine the age of components and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Surveys of houses and flats
2. Surveys of blocks and communal areas
3. Logging of any HHSRS failures
4. RDSAP
5. Logging condition and energy information on a tablet

Qualifications:
Candidates should have experience of working as a surveyor, must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, and should be qualified to HNC level or equivalent experience. A domestic energy qualification is desirable although this can be gained on the job.
