Job Description

  • Conduct property surveys to assess condition, compliance, and maintenance needs.
  • Identify defects, damp, mould, fire safety risks, and HHSRS hazards.
  • Update asset databases and provide reports for maintenance planning.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety, and asbestos rules.
  • Advise on budgets for repairs and long-term asset management.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and local authorities to coordinate works.

They play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient housing stock.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in undertaking stock condition and energy surveys
  • Good working knowledge of HHSRS
  • An organised and methodical approach to your work
  • An articulate communicator
  • An enthusiastic manner
  • A 'self-starter', reliable and can be trusted to deliver to targets
