Description

  1. Conduct property surveys to assess condition, compliance, and maintenance needs.
  2. Identify defects, damp, mould, fire safety risks, and HHSRS hazards.
  3. Update asset databases and provide reports for maintenance planning.
  4. Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety, and asbestos rules.
  5. Advise on budgets for repairs and long-term asset management.
  6. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and local authorities to coordinate works.
