My client is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to cover the City of Lincoln for a well-respected organization. The client requires an experienced surveyor to work on their social housing stock.

Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor role:

1. Write reports on properties and communicate findings to the manager.
2. Assist with regular stock audits to ensure properties are effectively developed and managed.
3. Gather detailed stock condition information.
