The role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out property condition surveys (occupied/void), fire risk assessments, DDA and HHSRS audits. You’ll help shape maintenance programmes, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

Undertake stock condition, HHSRS, DDA, and fire risk surveys
Input data into the Asset Management system
Engage with residents and stakeholders
Ensure health & safety compliance
Support delivery of maintenance and asset strategies



What the client is looking for:

HND/HNC in Building or equivalent
Proven experience in property condition surveys
Familiarity with decent homes and compliance standards
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)

£31.36 per hour PAYE
