We provide safe, well-maintained, sustainable homes and deliver customer-focused services. ForHousing is a place where everyone can thrive and be themselves.

As part of our Asset Management team, you’ll coordinate and record stock condition property visits, monitoring repairs raised through to completion and following up on completed and pending jobs. You’ll provide administrative support to the team, including raising purchase orders and logging these in the finance system.

Why ForHousing?

  • Agile working – we are outcome driven, so we empower you to do your best work, in the way that works best for you
  • STAR – through our partnership with STAR you can save money on everyday spending and make your money go further with discounts across a wide range of shops and products
  • Smartech – purchase technology or white goods and spread the cost
  • Wellbeing centre – gym discounts, exercise videos, mindfulness tools, nutrition advice, financial advice and more
  • Cycle to work scheme – save up to 40% on bikes and equipment

What you’ll be doing:

  • Liaising between repairs contractors and ForHousing during stock condition surveys.
  • Attending regular meetings with surveyors to ensure all repairs are reported and recorded.
  • Supporting the Asset Manager with maintaining business assurance systems.
  • Managing the recharge process, providing a value for money service.
  • Producing and sharing regular performance reports.

What we’re looking for:

  • Great communications skills.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work on your own initiative.
  • Experience dealing with tenants and homeowners, or on maintenance and repairs, would be ideal.
