Overview

Stock and Delivery Supervisor

£13.30 per hour, rising to £13.84 per hour

If you’re all about creating calm from chaos, love a well-organised space, and take pride in doing things properly (first time, every time), you might just be our next Stock Coach.

You’ll lead a high-performing team and play a vital role in keeping our shelves full, our stock accurate, and our store running like clockwork. This includes managing on-shelf availability, ensuring accurate stock integrity, and actively participating in stock management tasks.

Your responsibilities will also involve keeping the warehouse tidy, overseeing stock audits and stocktakes, and ensuring smooth delivery processes—helping goods arrive as scheduled and reach the right location promptly.

This hands-on role requires keen attention to detail, making life easier for customers and your team alike. You’ll assist customers in finding what they need and ensure the store operates seamlessly both behind the scenes and out front.
