Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a Stock Associate Operations to support store operations, inventory integrity, and loss prevention in the Harwell area. You will work closely with the store team to process deliveries, perform cycle counts, and implement merchandising directives.

The role requires a proactive, solution-driven attitude and collaboration with management to meet store goals and maintain visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries and transfers are properly processed following Brand guidelines.
• Ensure integrity of Inventory Control through bi-annual inventories and cycle counts
• Ensure loss prevention is a key priority, taking quick action on early indications of any loss, communicating with the Line Manager
• Collaborate with VM responsible in store to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective strategies
• Partner with store management team to ensure appropriate product assortment.
