Aldi is hiring at Towcester for a part-time role. You’ll be at the heart of the store, delivering friendly customer service, stocking shelves, and helping ensure products look their best. This role supports a fast-paced team focused on an excellent shopping experience.

Shifts can start early and run into the evening; a reliable transport option is important. No prior retail experience is required, though it’s beneficial, and full training is provided.

• Able to replenish stock quickly to maintain best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential, attitude matters most.
