Job summary

Aldi in Poole is looking for a friendly, flexible sales colleague to help customers and keep shelves stocked. You’ll play a vital role in delivering a welcoming store experience and ensuring products are well-presented.

Shifts start early or late, with a contract between 10-20 hours per week. Training and development are provided, plus 28 days leave including bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable with replenishing stock at pace to ensure the best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
