Job summary

Aldi in Birmingham is looking for a friendly store colleague to help customers and keep the shelves stocked. You will receive deliveries, arrange displays, and maintain a welcoming store environment as part of a fast-paced team.

Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 10pm. A flexible 10–20 hour contract is available, with benefits including 28 days leave (bank holidays), access to an online wellness portal, 24/7 EAP, and ongoing training.

• Replenish stock quickly to ensure best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
