Job summary

Ralph Lauren in Watford is seeking an Allocator to manage initial and replenishment allocations of stock to stores. You will run reports, analyse sales and stock figures, and provide administrative support to the Planning team using IT applications.

Based in Watford, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive sales while ensuring inventory is aligned with seasonal strategies and store needs. Proficiency with JDA, MicroStrategy, Promo MD and SAP is used daily.

Responsibilities

• Produce packs for Monday trade meetings with sales and promos reports.
• Attend key meetings to understand season performance and forward strategies.
• Work with the team to drive sales through strategies.
• Allocate stock to stores to meet or exceed sales, profit and inventory goals.
• Track DC and store inventory to maximise sell-through and turn.
• Release initial distributions and in-season replenishments to stores.
• Monitor size availability of best sellers and seasonal lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for store openings.
• Support planning with store, product and size analysis.
• Communicate promotions and markdown changes via Retail Intelligence.
