Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Watford is seeking a Branch Planner on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will support the Planning Manager, oversee Branch Analytics, and optimise space and inventory across Ralph Lauren EMEA stores.

You will work with planning, image, inventory, allocation, buying, and retail operations teams to drive store performance and capacity management. Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret store performance data.
• Proficient in retail mathematics and reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain reporting processes for weekly/monthly/annual cycles.
• Experience with data analysis and large data sets in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly trade on KPIs to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Maintain and develop central reporting processes for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Create and share analysis with stakeholders (store visit decks, regional calls, events).
• Provide actionable capacity guidance and transfer proposals to allocation/inventory partners.
• Maintain retail and sale calendars reflecting latest information.
• Communicate with regional managers to gather regional feedback.
• Preferable previous experience as Assistant Branch Planner/Assistant Merchandiser.
• Be dynamic, resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
