My client who work within the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Stock Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.

  • Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week with an early finish on the Friday.
  • Temporary to permanent contract.
  • Salary ranging from £28,000 – £30,000.

Duties and Experience: Stock Administrator

  • This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of stock management processes.
  • The role will work closely with engineers, subcontractors and project teams to maintain efficient stock control, process job sheets, manage stock replenishment, and handle stock-related queries.
  • Stock Meetings & Planning – Attend weekly stock meetings to understand requirements.
  • Job Sheet & Stock Management – Process job sheets, book out stock, chase incomplete sheets, and manage callout/PM call sheets to ensure timely dispatch and invoicing.
  • Stock Queries & Communication – Serve as the main point of contact for all stock-related queries from engineers and internal teams.
  • Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Previous stock management experience is required.
