Job summary

NEXT is seeking an Admin Team Member to join our fast-paced store team. The role focuses on daily store administration, stock and cash handling, and supporting audit-ready processes. You may work on the salesfloor or in the stockroom as needed, delivering fast, friendly service to customers from back or front of house.

You should be accurate, well organized and a team player with a proactive mindset. Flexible, supportive and able to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude are essential,

Qualifications

• Accurate, thorough and well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Friendly, calm and efficient – even on your busiest days
• Team player but able to work independently
• Flexible, supportive and willing to go the extra mile
• Comfortable using a PC

Responsibilities

• Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling
• Ensure smooth running of admin processes to support audit results
• Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers from back or front of house
• Report administration issues or discrepancies to the Store Team
• Take control of your own development
