Job summary

NEXT is seeking a part-time Store Administrator to join our fast-paced team in the UK. You will manage daily store administration, including stock and cash handling, and help ensure audit-ready processes.

You may work on the sales floor or in the stockroom as needed, delivering friendly service to customers from front or back of house. You will be accurate, well-organised and proactive, comfortable using a PC, and keen to develop with the company.

Qualifications

• Accurate and well organised with great attention to detail.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.
• Friendly, proactive and flexible in a busy store environment.
• Comfortable using a PC and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling.
• Ensure admin processes run smoothly to support audit results.
• Work across store areas as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms.
• Provide fast, friendly service to customers from front or back of house.
• Escalate administration issues or discrepancies to the Store Team.
• Invest in your own development and support company policies.
