Windermere Social Club is seeking an experienced Steward/Stewardess to manage the day-to-day running of the members’ club. This is a Full-Time Live-In Position with two-bedroom accommodation provided.

The successful candidate will lead club operations, deliver exceptional member and guest service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. A Personal Licence is preferred, with willingness to obtain one if needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in licensed hospitality or club environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Personal Licence preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Windermere Social Club is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Steward/Stewardess to manage the day-to-day running of our friendly and well-established members’ club.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily operation of the club.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Stock control and cellar management.
• Supervising staff where required.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations.
• Organising and supporting club events and entertainment.
