Your Day to Day

As a Steward, your responsibilities will include the cleanliness and sanitation of all the food and beverage premises in accordance with HACCP and hotel standards. You will perform general cleaning as required by the F&B and kitchen operations, which includes but is not limited to ensuring that floors and work areas are free of hazards and obstructions and are organized at all times, and that kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
• Understanding of different cleaning procedures is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
