Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is looking for Crew Members to join our busy restaurant team. You will be part of a diverse crew delivering hot food, friendly service and a clean, welcoming dining area.

In this on-site role, you’ll help prepare food, serve at the till, and assist in keeping the dining area tidy. We value energy, enthusiasm and a genuine smile to create a great customer experience for every guest.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you'll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
