Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is looking for Crew Members to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene. You’ll work as part of a team in a busy restaurant and help ensure every customer has a great experience.

In this role you’ll handle food preparation, customer interactions, till service and keep the dining area welcoming. A positive attitude, energy and reliability are essential to succeed in our fast-paced environment.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
