WHAT YOU WILL DO
At STERIS Instrument Processing we are experts in surgical instrument sterilisation. We offer on and offsite re‑processing, alongside reliable instrument maintenance solutions. We are currently recruiting for a Sterile Services Technician vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at an entry‑level and receive world‑class training to get you on to a defined career pathway.

12 weeks training, the first few weeks you will work on Monday‑Friday at 9:00‑17:00.
Thereafter, training will continue during your regular shift hours which will be on a zero‑hours basis.
An annual salary of £24,465 plus a 5% performance bonus, and generous shift allowances if you work overtime / unsociable hours! Full structured and comprehensive training Ongoing education leading to industry‑recognised qualifications.
Defined career path when fully operational A diverse and people‑centric culture 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
Access to a Level 2 Healthcare Science Assistant Apprenticeship! This is a 12‑15 month fully funded programme studying good scientific practice for the Healthcare profession! It is universally applicable outside of STERIS! Completed on the job, you are given 20% of your working hours to study towards the qualification. Further apprenticeships are available throughout the course of your career!
