About Us

We are experts in surgical instrument sterilisation, offering on and offsite re-processing, alongside reliable instrument maintenance solutions. Our teams use cutting-edge technology to ensure the highest quality of infection prevention.

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to oversee staff productivity and welfare on site.

Working Pattern

Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week on a rotation basis:

  • Week 1: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:00
  • Week 2: Monday-Friday, 13:30-21:30
  • Week 3: Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Sunday, 7:00-15:00
  • Week 4: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 13:30-21:30

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and efficient practices for decontamination, instrument assembly, and sterilisation within quality standards.
  • Supervise staff to ensure timely delivery of sterile instruments.
  • Maintain compliance with Health and Safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Record and monitor quality assurance documentation.
  • Train staff on health and safety procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation as part of the management team.
  • Support the Production Manager in planning and operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Good general education with strong verbal and numerical skills.
  • Basic IT skills for tracking and traceability systems.
