Looking to start or build your career in education? Protocol Education is calling on enthusiastic, caring individuals to step into the classroom as Teaching Assistants in primary schools across Southwark.

This is a perfect opportunity if you have experience working with children in any setting and want to gain valuable classroom experience while making a real difference in pupils’ lives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management

• Helping pupils stay engaged and on task during learning activities

• Working 1:1 or with small groups to provide targeted support

• Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (schools, tutoring, youth work, childcare, etc.)

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping children learn

• Adaptability and reliability for daily supply cover

• A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
