A leading health service provider in the UK is seeking a Step 3 Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical supervision for therapists delivering CBT. This role requires full BABCP accreditation and substantial experience in clinical supervision. The position involves both site-based and remote work, providing a flexible environment. Wellbeing Suffolk service is a NHS Talking Therapies programme, providing primary care assessment, advice and psychological interventions to people in Suffolk, who want help with common mental health problems of anxiety and low mood. Interventions are delivered both face to face and remotely through telephone and video call.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Step 3 Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience of delivering CBT, to join our team. The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical supervision (including case management) to Step 3 clinicians, ensuring supervisees work safely and professionally, adhering to NICE guidelines and professional/service guidance.
Applicants must hold full accreditation with the BABCP and will have experience of offering clinical supervision to other therapists.
This is a permanent position. The service has sites in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich. There will be an expectation of both working from service sites and home working.
