Step 2 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Team Lead

Are you a qualified PWP with a passion for clinical leadership and service improvement? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior PWP / PWP Team Lead to join our Derbyshire NHS Talking Therapies service.In this pivotal role, you’ll support and lead a team of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, helping them deliver a high-quality, evidence-based service to those experiencing common mental health problems. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the future of our service through supervision, training, service analysis, and continuous improvement.What you’ll be doing:Providing day-to-day operational oversight and clinical leadership to the PWP team.Supporting the service assessment hub to run efficiently and effectively.Supervising and training PWPs, contributing to their development and high standards of care.Using service data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Working closely with the wider leadership team to position Everyturn as the provider of choice in Talking Therapies.What we’re looking for:Qualified PWP with recent experience delivering low-intensity CBT interventions.Experience managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced NHS Talking Therapies setting.Strong understanding of the PWP role, service model, and latest clinical guidance.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and supportive approach.You’ll need to have one of the following qualifications:Postgraduate or Undergraduate Certificate in Low Intensity Interventions from a BPS-accredited providerMSci in Applied Psychology (with integrated BPS-accredited PWP qualification)PWP Apprenticeship (BPS-accredited training route)And ideally:Registration with BABCP or BPS (or actively working towards it)Completed PWP Supervisor TrainingWhat we offer in return:We are proud to have been recognised and certified as a Great Place to Work, which speaks volumes on how much we value our staff members.
