The NHS is excited to offer a remote opportunity for a Step 2 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Supervisor in the Derbyshire Talking Therapies Service. The role requires delivering clinical governance and supervision to practitioners while maintaining a small clinical caseload. You will promote clinical excellence, collaborate with clinical leads, and ensure adherence to governance standards. This is a critical role aimed at improving mental health services and supporting staff development.
We have the exciting opportunity for a Step 2 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Supervisor to join our Derbyshire Talking Therapies Service!
This is a remote role however ideally we would need someone based in the Derbyshire / Chesterfield area.
This role will start 1st July 2025
About the role:
As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Supervisor, you will offer clinical governance and leadership through the provision of regular and robust supervision to Step 2 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs). Supervision will cover clinical and supervision of supervision, underpinned by Roth and Pillings competency framework.
You will carry a small clinical caseload, delivering safe, effective and high quality care to clients within the Derbyshire Talking Therapies Service.
