About the Role

We are seeking a Step 2 Manager to join our leadership team within the NHS Talking Therapies Service. WithYou is a charity offering free, confidential support for individuals facing challenges with drugs, alcohol, or mental health issues.

This full-time, permanent position offers remote working, with travel within Kent for meetings and events as needed. Salary will be based on experience and suitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of Step 2 Talking Therapies services.
  • Assist staff with clinical performance, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous line management experience, preferably in a Talking Therapies Service. Experience in health, social care, or criminal justice settings will also be considered.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and understanding of common mental health challenges.
  • Passion for our work and a positive, engaging approach.
