We are seeking three passionate and skilled individuals for the roles of STEM Technicians, specialising in Carpentry, Electrical, and Plumbing. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are enthusiastic about the Construction and Building Services industry and are committed to enhancing the learning experience at our campus.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist lecturers with the preparation of lessons and materials.
  • Supervise and support the delivery of practical workshops.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to learners across various levels, helping them acquire necessary skills for further study, employment, or apprenticeships.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety measures within the workshop environment.
  • Ensure compliance with college policies and maintain a supportive learning atmosphere.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A qualification in construction or a minimum of 2 years of industrial experience in Carpentry, Electrical, or Plumbing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring learners.
  • Strong organisational skills and proficient IT knowledge to support educational activities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
