Job Description:

TransPerfect Legal Solutions is a division of TransPerfect. The TLS E-Discovery Project Management team handles all aspects of legal data processing. Project Managers run searches, advise clients on data workflows, coordinate with government agencies, and resolve issues, emphasizing customer service and teamwork. The Project Coordinator supports the team and aims to develop into a Project Manager by following core principles:

• Communication: Monitoring customer communications and managing requests in real-time, liaising with internal departments, and resolving conflicts creatively.
• Task Management: Ensuring deadlines are met and exceeding customer expectations.
• Learning & Creative Thinking: Learning on the job, thinking creatively, with comprehensive training provided.
• Team Work: Collaborating with the team via in-person, messaging, video, or email.
• Quality Assurance: Performing quality checks to prevent mistakes and promote an open question-friendly environment.

What we're looking for:

Must haves:

• Strong organizational and communication skills for handling high email volumes
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills (experience in restaurant & retail is beneficial)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Availability for overtime, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High-level problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

Nice to have:

• Majors in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics
• Data analysis experience
• Legal experience or JD/Law Degree
