Job Description:

TransPerfect Legal Solutions is a division of TransPerfect. The TLS E-Discovery Project Management team handles all aspects of legal data discovery. Project Managers conduct searches, advise clients on data workflows, coordinate with government agencies, and resolve issues. Customer service is key, and teamwork is essential as no two days are the same.

The Project Coordinator is a vital part of the team, aiming to become a Project Manager by adhering to core principles such as:

• Communication: Monitoring customer communications and managing requests in real-time without a ticketing system, including liaising with internal departments.
• Task Management: Ensuring deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Learning & Creative Thinking: Gaining skills through hands-on experience and training, thinking proactively.
• Team Work: Collaborating with team members via various communication channels.
• Quality Assurance: Checking work quality to prevent mistakes before reaching clients.

Qualifications:

Must haves:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer service and teamwork experience (retail & restaurant experience beneficial)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn new platforms
• Availability for overtime, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

Nice to have:

• Majors in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics
• Data analysis experience
• Legal or JD/Law background
• Knowledge of SQL or Visual Basic
