Are you a Maths, Physics or Engineering graduate keen to work as a STEM Graduate Tutor this September?
A top secondary school in Richmond is searching for a bright and driven STEM Graduate Tutor to support students in Maths and Science subjects. This STEM Graduate Tutor role is ideal for aspiring teachers who want to build classroom experience before a PGCE or teacher training.
As a STEM Graduate Tutor, youll run targeted academic interventions with pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4. You will also assist teachers with lesson prep and support during practical science sessions.
Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils in Maths and Science lessons
  • Running small group and 1:1 interventions
  • Preparing resources and helping with practical tasks
  • Working with teachers to track pupil progress
  • Encouraging interest in STEM subjects

Were looking for:
  • A 2:1 or above in a STEM-related degree
  • Strong academic background and communication skills
  • An interest in education and working with young people
  • Commitment to the full academic year
