The Steel Sales Executive will be responsible for converting leads into sales, proactively canvassing construction sites, and building relationships with contractors, site managers, and decision-makers. Skills and qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated, driven individual with strong negotiation skills and a passion for sales.
Proven sales experience – ideally in construction or steel fabrication.
Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
Comfortable with on-site selling and cold approaches.
Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organization.
Resilient and confident in handling objections and rejections.
Ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
Valid driving license & own car – required for site visits (car allowance provided).
Full training on Steelo’s products, pricing, and sales process.
Ongoing coaching and mentoring from the Sales Manager.
Access to CRM & lead management tools to track progress.
Regular sales team meetings to share strategies and insights.
Location: Hybrid – Office in Feltham TW4 + Regular Site Visits
Car Allowance Provided for travel to construction sites
