We are seeking a Steel Market Research Analyst to join the team and help maintain the company's reputation for quality research and insight. If you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this could be the ideal role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth research into the global steel market, identifying trends, regulations, and price fluctuations.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with industry experts and stakeholders.
3. Collect, verify, and analyse data to contribute to market reports and forecasts.
4. Write and contribute to the company's publications, articles, and news updates (a key part of the role - willingness to learn writing is essential).
5. Represent the company at industry conferences and seminars to enhance professional networks.
6. Support the internal team to ensure data accuracy and uphold confidentiality.

Skills, Experience & Attributes:

1. You have experience in the steel sector or a related field (sales, purchasing, or a similar industry).
2. You have a strong understanding of steel prices and market structures.
3. You're eager to develop your writing skills to communicate your research findings clearly.
4. You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
