Job summary

The FR Group seeks a Steel Fixer in Sheffield to work on an industrial unit from 2nd September for 6+ weeks. The role covers installing and fixing steel reinforcements and reading drawings, with a 45 hour week (8am–5pm, 30 min break), Monday to Friday.

You must have a CSCS Card, prior experience as a Steel Fixer, and your own tools. You will need to provide two checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before. Pay is £26 per hour via CIS or Umbrella.

Job description

Steel Fixers required in Sheffield to work on an industrial unit from 2nd September for 6 plus weeks work. £26ph- The Client Our client is an regional Civil's subcontractor and operates in and around Yorkshire on Civils and Ministry Of Defence sites. The Role Main duties include:

• Installing and fixing steel reinforcements
• Reading and interpreting drawings

The total hours are 45 per week, 8am - 5pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday.

This contract is for 4 weeks work but could be extended.

• CSCS Card
• Previous experience as a Steel Fixer
• Own Tools
• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
• £26 per hour CIS OR Umbrella payment
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
