Job summary

ITS Building People are seeking an experienced Steel Fixer for a project in Wimborne, Dorset. Immediate start, 07:30–16:30 Monday–Friday. Weekly pay and ongoing work with overtime opportunities.

You will need a valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card (where required), experience in steel fixing, and your own PPE. Successful candidates may be considered for further contracts or permanent roles with established contractors.

ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Steel Fixer on behalf of our client for a project based in Wimborne, Dorset.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor/developer. Successful candidates may be considered for further assignments through ITS Building People following completion of the project.

Requirements

• Valid [CSCS/CPCS/NPORS] Card but not always required
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Own PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots)
• Relevant tools/equipment where required
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (Not Essential)

• Traffic Marshal
• Asbestos Awareness
• Relevant Trade Qualification
