Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting Steelfixers for a major civils infrastructure project in West London. Immediate start at Old Oak Common, NW10, on site, with ongoing work through the Christmas shutdown.

Phase 1 is days, Phase 2 shifts are nights 9pm-6am, with 10 hours paid per shift and heavy rebar and frame construction tasks. Candidates must have proven heavy civils experience, read bending schedules, and be fully equipped with PPE and basic tools.

Qualifications

• Experience on heavy civils/infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read bending schedules and tie heavy rebar.
• Capable of constructing structural frames and using basic tools.
• Willing to work night shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out heavy rebar work on a civils site.
• Tie steel structures and prep reinforcement for pours.
• Work night shifts during Phase 2 and support project deadlines.

URGENT: Steelfixers Wanted - Major Civils Infrastructure Project

Duration: Ongoing through to Christmas Shutdown

Pay Rates (CIS):

Shift Pattern:

Phase 1 (Immediate): Days (8-10 hours/day)

Phase 2 (Mid-October to Christmas): Night Shifts (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM -

10 hours paid per shift)

Key Requirements

• Proven
• Heavy Civils / Infrastructure project experience
• Ability to read bending schedules, tie heavy rebar, and construct structural frames
• Full PPE & basic tools
• 100% commitment to cover the night shift run through to Christmas

The Role

Working on a major infrastructure civils site, carrying out heavy rebar work, tying steel structures, and prepping reinforcement for major concrete pours.
